Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and LyricBeauty ("we," "our," or "us") governing your access to and use of our website, services, and products.

Services

LyricBeauty provides beauty and skincare services, including but not limited to facials, waxing, nail services, brow and lash treatments, and professional training. Our services are subject to availability and may change at any time without notice.

Appointments and Cancellations

Appointments can be made through our website, by phone, or in person. We require a valid credit card to secure your appointment.

Cancellation Policy: We understand that schedules change, and we ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the service price. No-shows will be charged the full service price.

Late Arrivals: If you arrive late for your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate you, but your service may be shortened or rescheduled to ensure we stay on schedule for other clients.

Payment and Pricing

All prices are in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. We accept major credit cards, cash, and digital payment methods.

Payment for services is due at the time of service. Payment for training programs may require a deposit or full payment in advance, as specified in the program details.

Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-refundable and must be presented at the time of service. Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced.

Health and Safety

Your safety is our priority. Before receiving certain services, you may be required to complete a health questionnaire or consultation to ensure the service is appropriate for you.

You agree to disclose any health conditions, allergies, medications, or other factors that may affect your treatment. We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe a treatment may not be safe for you.

Pregnancy: If you are pregnant or nursing, please inform us before your appointment, as certain services may not be recommended.

Training Programs

Our training programs are designed for licensed professionals or students in the beauty industry. By enrolling in a training program, you represent that you meet the eligibility requirements specified for that program.

Certification: Completion of a training program does not guarantee certification. You must meet all requirements, including attendance, participation, and demonstration of skills, to receive certification.

Training Materials: All training materials, including handouts, presentations, and demonstrations, are the intellectual property of LyricBeauty and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of LyricBeauty or our content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our website without our prior written consent.

User Content

By submitting reviews, comments, or other content to our website or social media accounts, you grant us a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, and display such content.

• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our website
• Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our website
• Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through our website
